The Body Intelligence training program that I completed in 2025 is a two-year program to train Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) therapists. The program combines theoretical study, practical training, and clinical experience, with an emphasis on gentle touch, listening to the nervous system, and working with trauma.

An advanced continuation course for the Appelger Institute’s Craniosacral Therapy method, which deepens the understanding and clinical skills of working with the craniosacral system. The course focuses on identifying and treating deep tension patterns, blockages in the tissues and nervous system, and expanding diagnostic capabilities through precise manual listening to the movement of craniosacral fluid. Advanced techniques are taught for working with the meninges, skull, spine, and central nervous system, while strengthening the ability to support regulatory processes, self-healing, and pain reduction in a gentle, integrative, and non-invasive approach.

An introductory course to the Appelger Institute’s Craniosacral Therapy method, which focuses on gentle manual work with the craniosacral system – which includes the skull, spine, sacrum, meninges and cerebrospinal fluid. The course provides an anatomical and physiological understanding of the system, develops attentive and sensitive touch, and teaches basic techniques for diagnosing and treating limitations and stress patterns in the body. The emphasis is on supporting the body’s natural healing ability, balancing the nervous system and reducing pain and tension, in a gentle and non-invasive approach.

A training course focused on massage for pregnant women, with an emphasis on safety, therapeutic adjustments, and a physiological understanding of the pregnant woman's body. The course deals with correct working principles throughout the stages of pregnancy, identifying contraindications, safe positions, adjusting touch and pressure, and maintaining the well-being of the patient and fetus. The training combines theoretical and applied knowledge, and is approved by the NCBTMB.

A comprehensive 18-month Massage Therapy program at De Anza College, Cupertino, CA.
The program included in-depth theoretical and practical training, with an emphasis on anatomy and physiology, myofascial pain, working with Trigger Points, Swedish massage, sports massage, bed and chair shiatsu, soft tissue release, posture and movement, as well as extensive clinical experience as part of a practical internship.
During the course of the program, experience was gained working with diverse populations and building personalized treatments, while integrating biomechanical principles, injury prevention, physical fitness and entrepreneurship in the field of treatment.

Certificate of completion of Ilan Khoury's Table Shiatsu course from De Anza College, California, which includes 72 academic hours of study in the fundamentals of Chinese medicine.

The first year of studies in reflexology is a theoretical and practical introduction to the method, and focuses on becoming familiar with the reflex map in the feet and hands and the relationship between them and the various body systems. During the studies, the basics of anatomy and physiology, the principles of reflexological diagnosis, basic touch techniques, and therapeutic application in common conditions such as stress, fatigue, and general pain are acquired. The emphasis is placed on developing attentive touch, holistic work, understanding the body's responses to treatment, and creating a professional foundation for further study in advanced years.
